Our pasta making class series is fun, creative and will turn you in an Italian pasta expert. Under the guidance of Chef Pat Pascarella, you will learn all there is to know about how make fresh pasta. In this interactive class, you will knead, cut, roll and even fill ravioli! His recipes are all based on freshness, high quality ingredients, tradition and most of all, Chef’s Pat’s long-time experience.
Your class includes:
• Hands-on pasta making class with Chef Pat Pascarella
• Preparation of at least two different pasta dishes
• Delicious meal of prepared dishes together with water and soft drinks
• Recipe cards
• Class duration is one hour plus time for lunch (two hours total)
Each class is $55/person plus tax and gratuity. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
